Custom Furniture may NOT be returned - Custom furniture that has been built to your order and/or painted to your specification cannot be resold to others and is therefor not returnable.
Orders are final on the business day after your order is placed and CANNOT be cancelled - Your Custom Furniture order will be sent to production on the second business day following your order date and cannot be cancelled and will be shipped to you as ordered.
You will be charged for the full amount of the order on the order date - YES Spaces does not manufacture Custom Furniture and must pay the producing vendor at the time of our order on your behalf. In other words we charge because we must pay the producing vendor despite the long lead time to delivery.
If you were to cancel your order under the conditions
Exact Production and shipping times are not guaranteed - The production and shipping times are estimates based on our experience and best efforts. Freight shipping in particular is hard to estimate because of seasonal fluctuations in freight volume and unique issues related to each delivery location. If you have any concerns or problems with late deliveries, our customer service staff will work with you. We select our vendors and shippers carefully based on past performance.
